Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Client Success, the Client Success Manager will have a passion for delivering a superior client experience that results in the retention of clients positioning Plinqit for the next phase of hyper-growth. Essential background experience should include a history of customer service, with strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.

Position Overview:

This position is a full-time position. The primary responsibilities will be developing long-term relationships with assigned Plinqit bank and credit union customers. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for bank and credit union implementations, ongoing relationship management, and sales support.

What you’ll do…
Onboard New Clients
  • Onboard new clients and lead product implementations
  • Plan and execute onboarding strategy meetings including weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly meetings
Manage Client Relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customers, understanding their business, strategic priorities, and goals
  • Act as the primary point of contact to address any and all of their needs
  • Maintain regularly scheduled Zoom calls to review account adoption metrics and business strategies of the institution
  • Meet or exceed client retention goals
  • Forecast, track and meet key account metrics
  • Manage quarterly client success newsletters, quarterly marketing campaigns, and email communications as needed
  • Execute customer learning webinars to assist in growing user adoption
Support Sales Growth & Revenue
  • Develop relationships with the internal sales team and external strategic sales partners to maximize sales and revenue
  • Assist sales team as needed with product demonstrations to prospective clients acting as a resource for compliance and implementation related questions
  • Represent Plinqit in a professional manner at all times
  • Communicate clearly product opportunities to internal and external stakeholders
You will do this using your…
  • 3 to 5+ years’ experience in customer/account management
  • Previous experience in the banking and/or financial technology industry
  • Outgoing personality, great relationship management skills with a solid passion for customer service
  • Consistent problem solving and resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships with great attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly, correctly, knowledgeably, and effectively via email, by telephone, and in-person
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to discuss technically detailed processes and integrations with clients who are both tech-savvy and non-technical
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a close-knit team
  • Willingness to learn new things
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Windows, email, and standard web browsers
  • Working knowledge of customer support web applications such as Zendesk, HubSpot, and other web-based applications

Plinqit is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Some travel and office appearances are required for all positions. We are a hybrid of remote and in person company; we leave it up to you and your manager to agree on how often you come into the office. We offer cell phone and internet stipends to help ensure your home office is a great place to work.
